We ship all products by UPS. If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please E-mail us at Berdman Clothing, Co. before doing so for instructions. Products can only be exchanged by the same product. We will not process exchanges after 15 days of date of order.

For credit card orders, products must be shipped to the card holders billing address for first time orders. This is a security feature in order to prevent credit card fraud.

We try to have orders processed and shipped to customers withing 5 business days. Larger orders may take longer.

Please check your order before sending it. If the order has been processed and we are contacted by you to change the order, it cannot be done and no refunds or redos will be made unless Berdman Clothing, Co. is at fault.
